Now with lumed ceramic bezel insert! The new Blacktip Standard series is the first dive piece we made in 2022. Refined and detailed, the 2024 series pays tribute to the three main diver brands that have ruled the seas over the last 70 years and features some modern updates. as well as a new-look luminous ceramic black bezel.
Our all-time best-seller, the Blacktip comes in two colors - semi gloss black or blue, and is available in 316L stainless or black PVD case. The stainless model also is available with steel bracelet.

This watch is fantastic! It was first delivered and there was a cosmetic issue under the dial. Late at night after normal business hours they almost instantly responded to my inquiry and took excellent care to fix my issue. Their customer service is the best I've received in any industry with any product, hands down. And when the watch made it back to me in mint condition it's been an awesome watch! It's beautiful, wears great, looks awesome on several different bands, and keeps great time. I will add though, the Americana edition does not have a luminous bezel, only a pip. They got a customer for life here
The Blacktip standard was my 2nd watch from Monterey. With all the options to choose from you can aoat custom build it. It to mention Tim does an incredible on QC, so everything is aligned and the movement is well within spec. Stunning in person and I have people compliment it every time I wear it. Can't go wrong with the Blacktip standard!
If you want a great dive watch without diving deep into your pocketbook, the Blacktip is a must!
I have thrashed mine for almost a year now and its still running perfect. Plenty of scratches, and I broke the pip off along the way, but its my daily go to. Customer service is next level, with an actual human who cares about their product and buyers!
