Expect to hear that. A lot.   

We never intended to create a salute to the 50 Fathoms, the very first dive watch. Alas, we did. We think it's the bezel choice?

But as we tinkered in the shop to create a beefier version of the Blackstream Adventurer, we kept finding pieces that work. So we added a chapter ring, leather strap, domed crystal and an absolutely perfect Zerescape bezel for what may be our best non-GMT timepiece. 

This watch is big, present, and a different approach. 

Call it the “Thrifty Fathoms.”

Highlight? The lume of course. It’ll blind ya. And the way the bezel spreads light…it’s…awesome. 

And no slouch on specs either.

A+ Quality

Just received my Blackstream 42 and have to say this watch looks way better looks and quality wise then my omega Seamaster and Rolex submariner but at heck of a killer price.! Tim was so great and kind to offer me an upgraded bezel at no cost .. that’s customer service at its finest. Shipping was very fast I wore this watch for the first time in an jewelry shop that sells luxury watches that I take my other watches for service and cleaning and the gentleman there said that’s a fantastic watch better then some he carries. Just like the description states about this watch on Monterey Watch website EXPEXT PEOPLE SAYING I LOVE YOUR WATCH that’s the truth.

This watch hits above its price point

I own Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Longines, Tag and various other micro's, but the Blackstream 42 SE just hits right. It's so clean and classic and the lume is superb. This is my third Monty and I find myself wearing this more than my 'luxury' watches. Customer Services is badass as well. Can't wait to see what else they deliver!
