I got this as a bonus disount item at check out with my order. I already had a Black Hamilton Khaki Aviation Automatic and a blue Glycine AirPilot quartz GMT. So the green Mechanical completes the trilogy.
The dial is light catcher. Pictures do not do it justice. It is easy to read both nigh and day due to the great lume. THe small seconds is a nice complication too! THe slim bezel gives it commanding pressence on the wrist and wears big for a 42 mm watch. But that is fine with me since I have over an 8" wrist. The strap even fit me out of the box. It is thick, but soft finish and has broken in nicely. I tend to swap out strap, even on much mre expensive watches, but this one is a keeper.
This is my first mechanical wind watch. At first I was worried about it, but it just takes a few seconds to set the hands if it runs out. It keeps great time. I am now considering adding a mechanical cronograph to my collection.
The experience with the shop was easy as well. Watch arrived in a few days and am happy to support a Carolina Based company! Highly reccomended.
