Absolutely stunning watch. Gifted to my son, but now I want it also. Lol. Ill be back. Had to wait for this one to come in, but worth every second. Did not disappoint.
Love the OBX got one for myself and my nephew saw it and immediately wanted to "borrow" it. It's a rugged diver that looks great with Saturday gear or in the office.
What a great watch! Looks and feels amazing in real life. This was my first of three recent watch purchases from Monterey and can't believe you can buy such amazing pieces at these prices. And the customer relations with the team is fantastic. I love supporting an American brand making and selling great things in a great way. They have become one of my topmost favorite watch brands, not just because of their amazing watches but also because of how they take care of the customer.
I bought the Outer Banks Diver on a whim and glad I did. This watch provides excellent value with a stunning finish. It is comparable in size to the Tudor Black Bay 58 and similar to the San Martin SN-0008D.
The case sides have a high polish with a brushed top and excellent bezel action.
Excellent fit and finish on the case.
The only drawback is the bracelet. One of the screws on the links got stuck and I could not get it apart. Fortunately, there were plenty of links so no problem. Also, the clasp is stamped with no tiles micro adjustment. All that said, the bracelet is certainly serviceable as-is and I'm sure helps keep costs in check.
