After having this watch and wearing it for a few weeks, I can definitively say two things:
1. Tim and the crew at MWC have gained a customer for life.
2. The build quality on this thing far exceeds anything else I’ve gotten my hands on in the $300 range.
I purchased this from MWC because I’m an NC local and want to support NC watchmakers. I was NOT disappointed. I have had the pleasure of working with Tim on fitting a custom clasp on this OBX diver and now truly have a everyday diver that has ALL the bells, whistles, and feel of an ultra-premium luxury brand … at a fraction of the cost. If you’re shooing value, look no further. This is as solid as it gets in most any price-point, but definitely in the sub-$500 market. I really like the use of the Miyota movement as opposed to the Seiko or Chinese copy thereof. I have two more MWC’s in my cart and will checking out shortly!!
The top tier customer service cannot, and should not be understated. Absolute class act from start to finish.
