Returns/Refunds
WARRANTY: Happiness is top priority. But if something goes south, we provide a one-year warranty for mechanical issues. This does not include issues such as cracked crystal, broken crown, wear and tear, or damage due to attempted repair. If a repair is needed we will fix and ship back to you at no cost. If your watch is defective please contact us at charlotte@montereywatches.com and we will initiate a return and send you a pre-paid label via email.
RETURNS: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It's a good idea to hold onto the box you received your watch in just in case. Saves you from pulling out that Amazon box you just tossed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. (Don't worry about receipts or anything like that.)

We'll notify you when we receive your return.
As soon as we receive and inspect your item, and it meets our criteria for refund, we will refund you purchase amount.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the watch has been damaged due to mis-use or accidental damage by the user, we do not provide refunds.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will provide a pre-paid postage return box
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
