The folks at Monterey Watch Co have found a way to deliver affordable watches by an American company that rivals anything coming from overseas. With a wide range of dive and sports watches, all assembled in North Carolina. I haven't found another microbrand that can compete with their value, finishing, and unbelievable customer service. This is a watch brand worth keeping tabs on. Can't wait to see what they do next.
This was my second purchase from Monterey. It was also the second time I was floored with the beauty of the piece. I went with the ice plunge option. Thought it would be a good color for summer. It is. There’s a lot of comparable watches in the watch marketplace that would go for more than double this price. It’s clear Monterey takes a lot of pride in both the functionality and aesthetics of their time pieces. I’m already considering options for a third piece. I added a leather band for comfort, but their steel band is also top notch.
This my 3rd Monty and can’t say enough great things about the watches and customer service! Will definitely be adding more to the collection in the future!
This is the second Monty watch that I've purchased. I like mine so much that I figured I would spread the joy and gift a Monty to my neighbor who is graduating high school and heading to Saint Anselm College for an education and to play some football.
