From the moment I made my order to the end of the day wearing my Casino, the experience has been top notch! Great follow ups (before and after!), hand written note to welcome me, great presentation at first opening, videos on resizing the band, and then the watch itself - such a pleasant weight and look! I received compliments everywhere I went, which included video calls for work. I value creators that understand the experience is part of their product, and Monterey Watch has that part nailed atm. I will definitely keep a close eye on what they do next!

I have never owned a Monterey watch and was unsure of what to expect from the Casino Caribe I received as a gift. Any concerns I had about a watch this affordable have all been put to rest. It is a beautiful watch with unique details that wears wonderfully. I am extremely pleased and look forward to adding more Monterey products to my collection. Well done, Monterey. This is my first watch from Monteray Watch and I’m certain this will not be my last. The Casino Carbie Diver caught my attention and the stunning blue dial help me decide to take a chance as an avid watch collector. I was hoping for a good watch and received much more!

First, the packaging is solid with the personal touch of it being a gift from a friend. Without trying it on, I could tell this is a solid build most certainly standing out from the crowded diver crowd. Next, I like everything about its design, build quality and what I feel will be a durable daily watch. Finally, I’ve experienced exceptional timely customer service when I had questions which tells me they have built not only a great watch, but a solid brand experience company.

This is my second Monterey watch, and it's another winner. Very well put together, the dial is a great color, I really like the hands, and it's a pleasure to buy from a cool company making great products and building relationships with customers.
