Received one of the first Blacktip Jules Verne Editions a few weeks ago and have had the opportunity to wear it regularly. Here are some of my thoughts on it- FAR NICER than a lot of my watches that I paid a lot more for, great wrist presence (I've had many people notice this watch already and compliment it), time keeping is spot on with the Seiko NH35A movement, LOVE the lume on both the dial and bezel (brighter and longer lasting than I anticipated), the crown screws in very smoothly (no gritty feel to it), REALLY enjoy wearing a watch brand that you don't see on everyone else's wrist already, no AR coating as far as I know, but this has not been a problem with respect to glare for me. Looking forward to getting the 442 next!
